We used to attend SCC a few years ago while we lived in Colorado and my husband was more involved and evolving in his faith while we were there. We moved away and we have fallen short. I found a church where we are currently living, but my husband has not been able to find his way back full heartedly in to the church. We've been having marital and financial problems. There has been a lot more tension and it feels like we hit rock bottom almost every day. I'm reaching out to our church community for prayer because this is where he felt most centered. I'm praying that he can work through his past trauma, not feeling good enough, and I pray that he can be nicer and kinder to those of us in his home. He's not physically abusive, but lately the words of the tongue have been cutting us down and no matter how much I pray I feel like we are battling each other spiritually. I am trying to continue to pray for him to change but it is getting harder each day. Our home needs prayer.
