JOB TITLE: College Pastor
REPORTS TO: Lead Pastor
LOCATION: Southwest Community Church – Littleton, CO
FULL/PART-TIME: Full-time, exempt
The College Pastor provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and ministry oversight for college-aged adults (18–24) at Southwest Community Church (SCC). This role exists to help young adults know Jesus deeply, grow in biblical community, and live on mission. The College Pastor will lead our college ministry, contribute to churchwide teaching and preaching, and serve the church family for the Glory of God
