What to Expect

We know that showing up to a new place for the first time can be intimidating, but at Southwest Community Church, we want to make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the doors!

When you arrive, look for a sign that says “New Here?”, and stop at the kiosk to chat with one of our hosts. We’ll get you set up in a class or service that’s comfortable for you. If you’d like, we can introduce you to a new friend, but you can also fly solo!

Bring the Kids

Because we believe that children learn best from their families we highly encourage the whole family to attend our worship services together at any age. We also recognize that our the little ones in Nursery and Early Childhood may do best encountering Christ’s love in programming designed specifically for them during held both our morning services.

As your family enters the worship service on a Sunday morning please feel free to sit at the tables provided and use the family worship guides to help children get the most out of the service. These guides are designed to help the entire family engage in worship together.

Come As You Are

Southwest Community Church is made up of people from all stages of life. Nobody at our church is perfect. We’re real people focused on loving God and each other. We’re excited to share in this journey with you!

There’s no dress code – We want you to wear what you feel comfortable in! You will frequently see people wearing jeans, shorts, dresses, button-up shirts, slacks, t-shirts, etc.

Feel free to bring a Bible, but don’t worry if you don’t have one! We have Bibles you can use once or keep as long as you’d like.
