The stewardship of our finances is a tremendous—and often overlooked—area of our lives where we can faithfully proclaim the gospel. Giving strengthens our devotion to Christ and frees us to live open-handedly with the gifts God gives us. We trust in Him and His provision instead of our perceived self-sufficiency. As people of faith, we give faithfully and generously.
December is an important month – We plan for roughly 15% of our total general fund budget to come in during December. We are praying that, through the generosity of God’s people, our church family, we will put ourselves in a solid position this month to take steps forward towards the vision we believe God has given us for the days ahead.
In faith, we are stepping out and starting a search for a Worship Pastor – this is not in our budget for this fiscal year.
We are asking for your help. We want to share some ways you can give…
First, please make the general fund your primary place of giving. This funds the majority of our ministry and allows us to keep operating.
Second, please consider an over-and-above gift to one of our strategic funds:
- The Global Outreach Fund
- The Community Outreach Fund
- The Benevolence Fund
