Worship Director Update

The Elders are pleased to unanimously recommend Kyle Bryant to the church family as Worship Director. Receiving a unanimous recommendation from the search team, the Elders recently interviewed Kyle and have also spent time getting to know him and his wife Nicole. It is clear that Kyle is uniquely qualified for this position as he has a shepherd’s heart along with significant experience in leading worship and music ministry.

Kyle will be leading worship in our services on May 26 and a Church Meeting will be held immediately following the 11AM service. The Elders are excited for the church to meet the Bryants and to affirm Kyle’s appointment to this position.

Kyle Bryant

Kyle was born and raised in Southern California and came to Christ at Grace Community Church – pastored by John MacArthur. He is married to Nicole, and they have 3 adult children.

Kyle has led worship and built teams for more than 25 years. He is a pastoral, humble leader that is musically and vocally gifted.  A verse in Psalms that sums up his worship pastoral abilities and philosophy is Psalms 78:72 “So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them with his skilled hands.”

Kyle is honored to be considered for the role of Worship Director and is looking forward to the opportunity of leading the SCC worship ministry as they seek to create high-quality services and encourage authentic pursuit of Jesus Christ.
