Journey of Prayer

By February 25, 2026No Comments

Thank you for being willing to go on a Journey of Prayer with us. Our goal is to grow in prayer together as we seek our great God, for the month of February.

Biblical Encouragement
Verse for today: The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. Psalm 23:1 (NLT)

We are not walking through life alone. In the same way a shepherd faithfully provides, guides, and protects, God sees our needs and promises to care for us. Even in seasons of uncertainty, we can rest in the assurance that we are cared for and never abandoned.

Prayers for the Church
Note: These are current and/or ongoing ways to pray for the church.

  • Pray for the upcoming series on Ecclesiastes and for Pastor Arnie has he prepares this week.
  • Continue to pray for a Medical Director for the new pro-life organization. Some possibilities have risen up. Pray that the Lord will guide the process.
  • Pray that we as a church will continue to grow together in the area of prayer. Pray for an increasing culture of prayer.

Personal

  • Continue to pray for your neighborhood, school, and/or your workplace. Ask God to begin to soften hearts in those areas where you spend most of your time.
  • Spend some time being still (Psalm 46:10). As the Lord speaks to your heart, respond in prayer back to Him.
  • As this month starts to come to a close, ask the Lord what HE would have you to do in the coming days with your prayer life. What steps would He have you to take to draw consistently draw closer to the Lord through prayer? Pray as He leads.
