Thank you for being willing to go on a Journey of Prayer with us. Our goal is to grow in prayer together as we seek our great God, for the month of February.
Biblical Encouragement
Verse for today: I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you. Psalm 32:9 NLT
You are not walking through life alone. God not only sees the road ahead but lovingly directs your steps and keeps His eyes on you every moment. Be encouraged that the Lord is your guide!
Prayers for the Church
Note: These are current and/or ongoing ways to pray for the church.
- Pray for the upcoming series on Ecclesiastes and for Pastor Arnie has he prepares this week.
- Pray for Eric & Megan Dekruif and their family as they prepare to go to Kenya for April & May. Ask the Lord to go before them, grow them, and use them for His glory during their time in Kenya.
- Praise the Lord for how He has provided so generously for the needs of our church. Ask Him to faithfully provide in the future, through our church family.
Personal
- Commit yourself to the Lord for the day ahead. Ask Him to deepen your trust in Him and pray that God would be pleased with how you live your life today.
- Pray again through Psalm 139: 3-4: Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me and lead me in the way everlasting! Ask the Lord to reveal to you where your heart may not be fully devoted to Him, and to lead you towards Christlikeness.
- As this month starts to come to a close, ask the Lord what HE would have you to do in the coming days with your prayer life. What steps would He have you to take to draw consistently draw closer to the Lord through prayer? Pray as He leads.
